10 biggest brain damaging habits left hand is freaking cold [ i use my left hand to move my mouse thus the repetitive strain injury..haha..] while my right hand is warm. now, now, now, is there something not right or am i missing something here?

anyway, i just got this from catherine and i thought of putting it up here.

1. No Breakfast
People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugarlevel. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the braincausing brain degeneration.
[gosh.and i used to skip breakfast for no apparent reason]

2. Overeating
It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease inmental power.
[might be me. die le...]

3. Smoking
It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.
[not again...second hand smoker.*worries*]

4. High Sugar consumption
Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrientscausing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.
[high sugar'm a fan of chocs...]

5. Air Pollution
The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling pollutedair decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about adecrease in brain efficiency.
[can't help it cos i'm living in this polluted area]

6. Sleep Deprivation
Sleep allows our brain to rest. Long term deprivation from sleep willaccelerate the death of brain cells.
[ok, i better start sleeping earlier *in my dreams is holiday!* had been sleeping like between 1am and 4am and waking up like 9am-11am]

7. Head covered while sleeping
Sleeping with the head covered, increases the concentration of carbondioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to braindamaging effects.
[phew..not me..i cover my body with the blanket. wrap just like a mummy]

8. Working your brain during illness
Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease ineffectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain.
[haha..this will never happen..cos i don't think i'm a hard working person..]

9. Lacking in stimulating thoughts
Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brainstimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage.
[another one that won't happen. i'm always thinking. thinking of all those non-sensible stuff of course..haha]

10. Talking Rarely
Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain.
[talking rarely? i talk to much i day never talk is like the world is coming to an end!!]
